Guidance for hypersensitive people
This program was born out of my experience with my own high sensitivity and the high-sensitive clients over the years.
The aim is to help you find your inner strength as a hypersensitive person, using art therapy techniques in particular. To achieve this, we'll organise several sessions during which we define the themes together and will regularly evaluate the progress made. The most important thing is to get to know your own qualities so that you can make the most of them. You will also be given practical tools to apply in everyday life. Topics such as self-image, self-knowledge, self-acceptance, pitfalls/qualities, etc. are therefore covered in detail during the sessions.
